We remember those words well, don’t we? Delivered so powerfully by Mr Kanye West, live and on full blast, on the telecast set up to raise $$ following the Katrina catastrophe….50 Cent on the other hand, is on the other side of the fence when it comes to Prez GWB and says in the latest edition of GQ that “the president is incredible … a gangsta….I wanna meet George Bush, just shake his hand and tell him how much of me I see in him.”
Apparently, if his felony conviction didn’t prevent him from voting, 50 would have voted for Bush.
In related MTV NEWS, 50 Cent claims to have been missing in action, i.e.: nowhere near the scene of Yayo’s alleged incident. Read more on MTV.COM

Timbaland is blowing up bigger than ever (check sucker free archive for “Timbo on Top”) and hip hop music IS the meat of pop culture…so is it any wonder that traditional hip hop beefs are heading towards some more snap crackle POP music too? our favorite funky white boy Justin T. seems to be startin’ a little somethin’ of his own, with his verse on Timbo’s “Give It To Me…” the question is, to whom are his ills directed? Our best bets are on Janet Jackson!! And it’s no wonder since the boy had to dance his way back into the hearts of his core audience, after all his loyalties seemed to have um…fallen by the waistside some years back. you be the judge - lyrics and vid to follow:
“Could you speak up and stop the mumbling
I don’t think you’re getting clear.
Sitting on the top it’s hard to hear you from way up here.
I saw you tryin to act cute on tv just let me clear the air.
We missed you on the charts last week
Damn that’s right, you wasn’t there.
If sexy never left, then why’s everybody on my sh*t?
Don’t hate on me just because you didn’t come up with it.
So if you see us in the club go on and walk the other way”
for all of you who enjoy following beef. here’s a random throwback for you

His lyrical gifts aren’t for the weak of mind…and Lil Weezy strikes (and puckers up) to the mic again with “yeah, i kissed my daddy,” on this latest freestyle on DJ Khaled’s record…let’s hope this doesn’t continue the ripple effect of ridiculous homophobic haters. then again, who really cares what they say? Lil Wayne has skills that transcend the “controversy.” period. and is it really THAT deep? so, he and baby kiss. like the saying goes, it is what it is. and it is apparently a southern symbol of respect and admiration and love. and just another layer to peel back and discover on this complex dude, who’s become one of THE most exciting faces in today’s hit-driven hip hop world.
here’s an alternative weezy track that shoulda been bigger than it was….featuring talented soulslingin from he who is (Robin) THICKE…
and check the latest audio track by Diddy featuring Wayne and roaming round the cyberwaves.
