Remy Ma recently spoke to HipHopGame.com extensively about…well… pretty much, everything. But she did address how her legal problems are affecting her career.

Remy says,

“It gets a little stressful sometimes when you have so much craziness going on in your personal life and then I have to go in the studio and try to make a party record or a happy record or any music that doesn’t have to do with my case or my life… I’m supposed to be having a lot of shows and I’m supposed to be on a European tour. I get a call that I got seven shows lined up for $20,000 apiece and I can’t go. ‘Can you come?’ I’m like, ‘No’…. The cops are out of control when it comes to my shows. There have been incidents where they’ve told promoters that if I showed up, they would have to shut the show down like I’m such a big risk now. It’s like, ‘She can’t come in here.’ The word ‘allegedly’ means nothing. That whole ‘innocent until proven guilty’ means nothing… It’s not like I had the best reputation to begin with, but people just look at me crazy now.
