In part two of Sucker Free Blog’s exclusive interview with Trina, she talks about what she went through in order to achieve her new slimmer look. To me though, and I’m just throwing it out there, the way she describes her liquid diet borders on starvation. I’m not saying she starved herself, but the liquid diet definitely sounds like it. She says:
“… it’s not that easy to not eat for like three weeks… You’re not eating a lot, you’re just drinking liquid… [T]hat’s all you could do is drink this cleanse. And it’s water. All day, any time I had this craving, any urge to eat, I would just drink this water. I did that all day every day for 15 days… You start really wanting food and your body kinda goes into this dysfunctional thing. But if you really want to lose weight and you’re trying to get to be a certain size or whatever, it’s a good remedy. It’s a cleanser, cleans your body out, cleans all the toxins.”
Kids, don’t try this liquid diet stuff at home. Read up all about it HERE.

Looks like Flo Rida went and got an all star cast to support him on his debut album, Mail On Sunday, which drops March 18th. Hopefully the guest appearances won’t hinder Flo’s efforts to make his own little lane in hip-hop.
I like that they stuck with the whole mailbox theme for the cover, but to me his logo looks sort of buried and indistinguishable. They might wanna fix that up if the album hasn’t been shipped off yet to the pressing plants.
