Since the Wu-Tang Clan’s Shaolin Style topped the best hip-hop video game list yesterday, it got me thinking about the group’s legacy in the rap game, and just how far they’ve come since they came out in 1993. I remember watching this Yo! debut clip like it was yesterday. It’s also interesting to see the way the dynamics of the group have changed, in terms of members who’ve become fan favorites and whatnot. Would Ghostface have become the Clan’s biggest star had he never taken off the mask? Who knows.
